    Interesting topic but your writing is confusing, for example,

    "The news talk(S) about the idea of government of UK about cutTING the resourses FOR (In the plans) “noN essential education”, (for) to meet its commitment to increase funding in the educacional proyect for (a for) economically disadvantaged children.

    This paragraph is contradictory. The first and the last ideas are opposed. Also there are no stops or connectors.

    The word "news" is singular so the verb next to it takes "S".

    The word "people" is plural so you don´t use the article "a".

    And if a preposition follows a verb, this verb is gerund.

    Do you mean, “the Education department needs to fund…?”

    This is a very weak piece of writing and very short, too. I recommend you practice at the Plataforma.
